Designed during my work at Aman Digital, the process included interface design, interaction flows, visual system adaptation and implementation of the bank’s brand language across the entire self-service experience.
The design language was built around Mizrahi-Tefahot Bank’s visual identity, using the brand’s iconic orange and dark gray palette as a core element throughout the experience.
The vibrant orange highlights were used to create intuitive navigation and clear interaction points, while the dark gray foundation added depth, stability and a premium technological feel. This balance between energetic and professional tones helped transform everyday banking actions into a cleaner and more approachable digital experience.
The goal was to create a seamless connection between the physical kiosk design, the digital interface and the bank’s established brand presence across its branches and platforms.
The project included the full UI definition and experience design for over 50 operational screens within the self-service information and deposit stations. The process focused on structuring a clear system that supports a wide range of user flows while maintaining simplicity and accessibility. Each screen was carefully designed to ensure usability in high-traffic environments, with attention to hierarchy, readability, and fast decision-making.
The interface was built as a cohesive system, balancing functional requirements with a clean and intuitive user experience aligned with banking standards.
A core part of the project was establishing a consistent visual language across all screens, fully aligned with the branding of Mizrahi-Tefahot Bank, using its signature orange and dark grey palette. The design process included close collaboration with the bank’s development team to ensure accurate implementation across physical information kiosks. More than 10 initial design directions and iterations were explored, tested, and refined before reaching the final solution.
The selected design has since been implemented as the ongoing standard for the information station systems, ensuring continuity, clarity, and a unified user experience across all touch-points.
