About The Project
Done (formerly a laundry-only service) evolved into a comprehensive smart-locker solution nationwide for high-tech compounds and residential buildings with over 400 locker stations around the country.
My challenge was to take the brand identity, created by OPEN Studio and the unique illustration style designed by Shimrit Elkanati, and scale it into a complex multi-platform ecosystem.

My Role
I led the UX/UI design for the entire product suite, including the customer-facing app, the courier (driver) app, warehouse management systems, and the physical kiosk interface.
A 360° Solution
To make "Done" work, I designed four distinct interfaces that communicate in real-time:
User Mobile App: For seamless ordering and tracking.
Service Kiosk: A physical touch-point interface for locker interaction.
Courier App: Optimizing delivery routes and locker management for drivers.
Back-office & Warehouse: A data-heavy system for operational control.
Optimizing the Flow
Designing for a physical locker requires a unique UX approach. I focused on reducing "time-to-locker" for users and ensuring that couriers can drop off dozens of packages in minutes. Every screen was crafted to be intuitive, even in high-glare outdoor conditions or fast-paced warehouse environments.
Bridging the Digital and Physical Worlds
The most critical moment in the user journey is the transition from the mobile app to the physical kiosk. Whether a user is dropping off laundry for service or sending a package to another location, the experience was designed to be friction-free, secure, and lightning-fast.
Design for Complexity, Simplicity for Users
To support this multi-service model (Laundry vs. Delivery), I developed a dynamic UI that adapts based on the user's intent. The goal was to minimize the time spent standing in front of the locker to under 1 min, ensuring that "Done" truly feels like a task completed, not a hassle started.
Logistics & Courier Operations
The moment a package is secured inside the locker, the "Done" ecosystem springs into action. Through a seamless backend integration, the deposit triggers an immediate alert to the nearest courier’s tablet, ensuring minimal dwell time for every parcel.
The Courier Experience: Efficiency by Design
Designing for couriers required a focus on speed, legibility, and reliability. I extended the brand’s visual language into a dedicated Courier Tablet App, prioritizing high-productivity features:
Instant Notifications: Bold, clear alerts that provide essential data at a glance.
Optimized Collection Flows: A step-by-step interface that guides the driver
through the authentication and locker-opening process.

Visual Consistency: By maintaining the same iconography and color system
used in the Kiosk and User App, I ensured a unified brand experience across
the entire logistics chain.

Warehouse Management: Total Design Synergy
The final stage of the journey takes place in the central warehouse. To ensure a smooth hand-off, I designed the Warehouse Management System (WMS) with the same visual rigor as the customer-facing products. By maintaining design consistency even in data-heavy environments, I reduced training time for operators and minimized human error during high-volume sorting.
Enterprise-Grade UI with a Human Touch
The warehouse interface was built for speed and accuracy. Even when handling complex inventory tables and tracking logs, the use of the established color palette, clear typography, and the brand’s unique iconography ensures that the system remains intuitive and aligned with the "Done" brand identity - proving that enterprise software can be both powerful and beautiful.
The Web Experience: Connecting the Community to the Ecosystem
The "Done" website serves as the ultimate anchor for the entire brand. It was designed to bridge the gap between our high-tech logistics and the everyday user. From a personalized User Profile that tracks order history and preferences to an interactive Locker Locator, the web interface ensures that the service is always accessible, transparent, and user-centric. It’s the final piece of a unified design language that connects the user to the entire logistics chain.
